Egg Noodles by Grandma Dunn - 2018
Recipe courtesy of Marie Dunn
INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Beat egg yolks and egg until very light. Beat in water and salt. Add flour a little at a time. Mix with a fork and then with your hands. Sometimes it doesn't need 2 whole cups of flour.
Divide into two pieces. Roll out on floured surface until think. Let dry and cut into noodles.
Try with Ginny's Chicken Noodle Soup or Beef and Noodles!
This recipe comes from Ginny Shonk's sister Maureen, which originally came from their mom, Marie Dunn.
From Maureen... "Mom told me to roll out in one direction, not back and forth."
