Chili X, Turkey - 2015

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a crockpot and let it cook on low for about 6 hours or on high about 4 hours.
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves minced garlic (can used jarred)
- 1 pound lean ground turkey (can use 93% lean ground beef)
- 2 cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed (can also use black or pinto beans)
- 1 can organic diced tomatoes. No salt or sugar added
- 1 cup red wine or organic broth
- 1 TBS chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1.5 tsp cumin
