Chili V - "Rainbow" Chili v2.0- 2005

INGREDIENTS
PREPARATION
Brown meat with the chopped onion. Combine all ingredients and simmer an hour or more. Serve with chopped onions, grated cheddar cheese and crackers.
The water can be replaced by tomato juice for a thicker consistency.
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 onion -- diced
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cans red chili beans
- 2 cans water
